Huang Fei Hong
We thank Spitzman for his contribution of the photographs he took of the famed Chinese kung fu pugilist of the 19th century that we all are rather familiar with. He is none other than Huang Fei Hong. The man actually existed and the Chinese fondly and proudly remembers him as a respected martial arts master as well as a traditional chinese medicine practitioner. We visit the Foshan Ancestral Temple where this man's life, family and exploits are recorded for all visitors to see.

The Indian town is a busy district, full of side streets and alleyways, and restaurants and shophouses that serve the local population. |
