Photograffs.com offers you the opportunity to share the creations of your photographic skills in a friendly, supportive environment. As a member, you are welcome to store and exhibit your photographs on any subject. However, there are some rules to ensure that this website is wholesome and respectable for everybody to enjoy your photographic works.

Be Mr or Ms Clean, Nice and Wholesome
We do not permit illegal, pornographic, suggestive or offensive pictures on the website. Keep this website clean for everybody's enjoyment. If you have any misgivings that it will offend somebody, then leave out the photographs.

Spread the Message of Beauty and Love
Photograffs.com believes there's much to do in making this a better world for all. We encourage all users to strive for this ultimate value of beauty, friendship, care and love by sharing their personal photographs.

Demonstrate Care and Love
Let's face it. Nobody can be a Picasso of photography overnight. Some pictures we take are great. Some are mediocre. Never mind. We all improve over time. So please be gentle with your comments. Encourage. Maybe, offer some suggestions. We sure it'll be appreciated.

Exercise Zen Control
This website is not to be treated as an escape valve for you to let off steam or anger on others. If your harass, intimidate of abuse anybody, we will not hesitate to bar you from further participation in this website if we establish that the complaint against you is genuine.

Don't be Shy
Upload your photos you've taken. Pick out the best you have. Don't be shy. You can replace the photographs when you have better ones. In any case, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, isn't it? Don't worry too much about what others may say – they all nice people too, aren't they?

Don't be a Burglar
We dearly respect individual property rights. So please don't ever take others' photographs as your own. If you do that, it's dishonesty, plain and simple. Not only is it a loathsome thing to do, but it may land you in trouble. The rightful owners may want to clobber you if they find out. On the other hand, if you see somebody else using what belongs to you on this website, don't just blow your top. At least not yet. In most instances, it could just be unintentional. Avoid discussing the problem in a public forum. Just notify the other guy and remind him or her of our community values. If that does not get any response, then file a Notice of Infringement with us. We will take it from there.

Don't Hawk your Wares
Photograffs.com is for your personal use only. We want everybody to share, enjoy and see the world through other eyes, and discover the beauty and goodness in this world in all things, big or small. As we aim to share, please do not offer anything for sale on Photograffs.com. If you do, we may be forced to “privatize” your photos. If you persist, we will have no choice but to unceremoniously terminate your account without notice.

If you cannot agree with any of the above, we suggest you find the door out. But we'll welcome you back if you ever change your mind and decide our values are worth upholding.
