1. I want to sign up. How do I go about this?
Register first. After registration, an email will be sent to you immediately to confirm your registration. You need to see this email to activate your account. After that, you can avail yourself of all the privileges as a member.

2. How do I go about uploading my pictures to the website?
Login to the website. Then create an album. This means creating an album name. Then click "Jupload" for fast upload of yourimage files. Follow the instructions.

3. What is the maximum file size I can upload?
The limit on the file size for upload is set at 5MB. If you upload a fiel of this size, expect to wait a little longer for uploading to complete. For fast upload, use "Jupload" instead - it's 10 times faster.

4. Why do I get an error page message whenever I try to give my comments on the pictures?
Comments on photos are accepted only when the owner permits it. In most albums, comments are usually accepted.

5. Why can't I see the actual sized photos?
You need to register first in order to access the full sized photos and send e-cards.

6. Why do I get an error message whenever I try to send an e-card?
You need to login in first before you can successfully send an e-card. The privilege is only extended to members.

7. How do I get more disk space for my albums?
Make a request to the webmaster.

8. How do I upload pictures to my "Favourites" album?
Click your favourite photo. Click the file information icon on the top left hand corner. Scroll down. You will see the "Add to Favourites" link.

9. How do I get to see the exif information on the photos?
Exif information is available only if it comes with the photos that were uploaded. This information can be accessed when you click on a photo and then click the file information icon on the top left hand corner.
